1. Definition
- A Zumwhere Cash Voucher is a fixed-value gift voucher issued by the Zumwhere restaurant system, intended for payment of food and beverage services at ZumWhere restaurants.
- The voucher is issued in physical form, non-personalized, and does not require any personal information to use.
2. Scope and Conditions of Use
- Each voucher can be used once only and is not redeemable for cash or any form of refund.
- The voucher may be used to pay in part or in full for a bill at Zumwhere restaurants.
- In case the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining amount via other accepted payment methods.
- If the bill amount is less than the voucher value, the balance will not be refunded.
3. Validity and Eligibility
- Each voucher may carry a specific expiry date printed or indicated on it. After this expiry date, the voucher becomes void and cannot be used.
- Issued vouchers cannot be exchanged, extended, or transferred. Zumwhere assumes no responsibility to refund or reissue vouchers in any case, including but notnlimited to: loss, damage, theft, or misuse.
4. User Responsibilities and Rights
- The voucher holder has the right to use the voucher for payment at Zumwhere restaurants in accordance with these terms.
- The voucher holder is fully responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher and bears all associated risks.
- Customers may use multiple vouchers in one transaction, subject to Zumwhere's in-store policy.
5. Claims and Customer Support
- All inquiries, complaints, or support requests related to voucher usage must be directed to Zumwhere’s official customer service channels.
- In case of any dispute, both parties will endeavor to resolve the issue through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent authority in Vietnam for legal resolution.
6. Effectiveness and Implementation
- By using the voucher, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the full terms and conditions stated herein.
- Zumwhere reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms without prior notice. Any updates will be published on Zumwhere’s official communication channels and will take effect immediately.
